body shape? i have lots of fat on my hips and some on my waist. i'm a little curvy, but i have a big but and thighs. what is my body shape because idk!
Body-shape? Guys, what do you feel is the most appealing body shape for a woman? The Apple (where she has a stomach, smaller legs & hips) - The hourglass (tiny waist with breasts & waist being around the same width) - The Pear (smaller breasts and waists - bigger butt & thighs) Whatever man, I'm an hourglass with a bit more pear-meat.

Is it too late to change my body shape at 15? I am not overweight and my fitness level isn't awful, but i am not very athletic looking and i would like to change this so i have more of a dancers body-shape. I am prepared to do the hard work to get there but will i be able to get the "sporty" legs and stuff - the ones that only touch at the top when my legs are together etc. or is it a hopeless case? lol Thanks x
How do I get my body in shape by summertime? I need a really good 5 day plan to get my body in shape. I am 5'1 and I weigh 150 pounds, I wear a 40D and a size 13 in jeans and I fit large shirts. My love handles are horrible, I have a big butt, BUT I need a major lift because its just big and all out of shape with cottage cheese! Right now Im only eating 1200 calories a day which thats a healthy intake, because 1,000 is way too little. Yesterday I walked for 2 hours. Now I'm going to start running, anyways these are the goals I need tips with.... 1) I want to have a pretty back that has a curve in it right b4 it gets to my @ss 2) I want my booty to sit high up like J-lo and Beyonce 3) I want to keep my curves SO DO NOT SUGGEST STARVING MYSELF I only want to weigh 130 4) I want to be able to lift 75% of my body weight so I can climb up a pole 5) I want a shape 8 figure and I want my curves to be toned and precised 6) I want to be able to wear anything and have heads turning like damn I know she works on that beautiful body!

how do you determine your body shape? im female, caucasian, 5'1, 36c and im around 155-159 lbs. i have big thighs and and strong arms for a girl. im not "manly", just very muscular; you can only really pinch a bit on my stomach and a bit on my back. i could afford to lose about 5 lbs or so, but not much more otherwise id look too skinny for my body. i have curves, but im not an hourglass. i have short legs and short arms. i have a square face. id like to figure out my body shape so that when i shop for clothes i will have an easier time deciding what to buy and what looks good.
