How long does it take the human body to make Plasma?

I gave plasma yesterday (at a plasma center) and now I feel totally weak. How long does it take for the human body to restore the plasma that they took from me?

1. what is plama? i dont know but i guess it comes out every 10 second your body produces 100 tons of plasma
2. everyones biology is different but usually about 48hrs. to fully restore..
3. In college I gave twice a week. Probably only a couple of days to recover; maybe several to feel really "strong" again.
