How do you maintain a good body shape without sacrificing food?
I really want to maintain my body shape but even with less food intake, I immediately gain weight. What should I do? I really love eating.

- you need to do some type of exercise everyday. It's not only reducing food intake, But changing the time of day that you eat certain foods. Also, do not eat two hours before your bedtime. This is what my husband always tell me when I can't fit into my clothes anymore!!

- I know how you feel! The only way to either maintain a shape or even lose weight, is exercise, no miracle pill, or just eating certain foods alone will completely do it, I love food myself..lol..but in order to stay in shape and get in better shape any person has to exercise. To hurry the results, a good diet helps.
- Work out. You have to work to burn calories to burn fat. You can adjust your work out to your caloric intake if needed. Also you can try to eat healthy during the week and splurge on the weekends. Think about some little lifestyle changes you can make like giving up soda and drinking water instead etc. Enough little changes can lead to big results. Good luck!
